He went to check the room out, also another manager went to check the room out also they tried their best to say 'I gave the keys to someone else they tried their best to say that I slept in that room' which I have never went to the room untill 9:30 a.m. It had been occupied both beds Messy, water bottle, garbage, food, shower, towels, everywhere, etc. He fought me, because I did not go to my room, the night that I paid my deposit for the reservation but I did not want to go to the room yet, and when I did go 9:30am, someone else already use the room.

If you have a complaint about the hotel Fred is the wrong person to complain to you need to go to the (MCA)Ministry of Corporate Affairs because that's the only way you can get through to them. He never take responsibility for when the hotel is wrong, he will flip the script and blame you for their shortcomings and he always going to blame the customer when it's their fault. It's difficult to make a complaint to the hotel manager when a manager is the director of the hotel Fred a*^hole.
